The community itself is very friendly. The amenities offered are exceptional and very convenient. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that my AC still hasn’t been fixed since move-in day, despite several service requests. However, they have diligently been working to accommodate everyone with their situations.

Good people, young crowd, only thing that sucks is not having maintenance request filled. Pool usually has a fun but chill party vibe. Also they push you to pay rent online (Bc COVID) but make you pay a $20 convenience fee to do so… which they started during COVID…

From my time at university estates I’ve experienced friendly management and fine living environment. However, the maintenance team is either understaffed or uncoordinated, whichever it is it’s clear, from not only my own experience but others, that service requests are not handled right

This is the second non consecutive year I’ve lived here and believe it has good value. My roommate and I did have some issues with plumbing and our lock was not working for a whole weekend before it got fixed, but they were resolved in the end. The closer to the leasing office you live, the better service they provide, in my experience.

So far, I love living at the Estates because of how quiet the area is compared to West Campus. My apartment was clean when i came in, which I largely thank my roommate for. It's kind of obvious some things in my unit were not cleaned but simply painted over, which is odd. However, I will most likely be renewing my lease for next year.
